made to feel very welcome. even after we,d checked out, the hotel manager allowed me to leave the car parked there for the day. was served a very nice breakfast and would certainly stay there again.

Small family run hotel with excellent seafront location. Small but adequate room cleaned to a high standard. All staff most polite and helpful. Only stayed B&B, breakfast again no complaints at all, cooked perfect and no complaints regarding quantity. Would highly recommend.

On our arrival, we were made to feel very welcome. The landlord greeted us at the door and we stood chatting with him for 5 or 10 minutes. When we went down for breakfast, he asked about our night in town. Breakfast was lovely. No complaints. Will definately stay there again.

The hotel was well placed and cleaned. The car parking was a bonus. The breakfast was fine but the tea was not very hot.
The room was small and the bathroom even smaller. Poor value for money, at £55 per night we think we had the right to expect more. Although the rooms were very clean the wallpaper, in the bedroom & bathroom, was peeling away from the wall in several places. A notice on the dining room door informing guests that breakfast was at 9am sharp and having to say on arrival what you would like for breakfast the following day was akin to a boarding school. Sorry did not like and will not be returning.

The lovely sea view room and the chairs.Breakfast was good too. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Thought it was a little pricey. The decor was a little dated.

The location was great and parking was free. This is a family run Hotel and you feel very welcome and relaxed!Great value for money and I will certainly stay there again when in Blackpool!
